Windows client - Users periodically receiving 1366 errors when logging in, but TLS is not configured

Hello,

This issue started happening after a recent server migration. TLS is not configured between clients and the server. Users state that restarting their PCs fixes the issue, but it starts happening again sometime later. Server version is 11, Windows clients are likely 10.x. Any ideas?

This appears to be resolved by upgrading the affected Windows clients to version 11, as well.
