Batch import users with multiple groups

How does the batch import of users actually operate, is their a best practices? We need to add 180+ user accounts to laserfiche, but they must be assigned to 8 different groups that access 8 different folders.

Can we import csv file batches of users over and over again, and assign them to 8 different groups?

If it's on prem, this could help.

I have it syncing through AD so I am not familiar with adding through CSV but here is what I would try.
1. Create the groups you want to use in the LFDS
2. import the users into the LFDS through batch
3. Add the individuals to the group; it looks to be tedious as the CVS option doesn't allow group assignment upon upload. the good thing is you can add more than one at a time when you click + Add
4. Go into the repository and add the LF Groups and assign them the repository rights
