Hello, 

I am trying to add the following point as a checkbox point to my Laserfiche forms. However, I want the part where it says "7.1" to be an input text field so that it allows each user to enter their distance.

I here by declare that the one way driving distance from my home to my department's headquarters is 7.1 miles.

Is this something that we can implement in Laserfiche forms?
