Hi,

My customer has on-off problem when using LF Mobile with Android latest version 13 and below 13 but IOS is work fine. FYI, it work OK for earlier weeks.

Customer using LF 10.4 Repository 10.4.2.137

The first place I would look is the IIS logs for the server that is specified in the UI. Is there a request matching the time of the error? Was it successful? If there isn't anything in that machine's logs, is there a trace of it anywhere?
