Our community relies on Adobe Sign for a wide range of tribal-wide activities. Recently, I looked into the integration options available on the Laserfiche Solution Marketplace, specifically the "Automate Adobe Sign External Signatures from Laserfiche - Enterprise Content Management (ECM)" solution. After a looking through the provided materials, and workflow, it seems that this integration doesn't meet our needs, particularly regarding the seamless submission of Laserfiche Forms created within our environment.
This integration necessitates the manual upload of a PDF, which is then routed to Adobe Sign. This leaves me wondering what the purpose of utilizing Laserfiche Forms in this process? Is it only for saving to repository?
Ideally, I am trying to accomplish where a Laserfiche form is completed, automatically sent to Adobe Sign for official signatures, and then stored within the Laserfiche Repository. Has anyone been able to accomplish this?
