We have some users who  cut and paste folders, rather than drag them to another location. They do it this way because they were sometimes not going to the right place when they used drag and drop. Lately, this has been causing the client application to crash; it just shuts down and they have to relaunch. Has anyone else seen this? We are on version 11.
