Hello,

I have a client who is running into an issue where they are emailed a Microsoft Document email attachment.  Upon opening this document from the email and making edits the users are saving this document to the repository.  The issue is that after saving this document with the changes made, when viewing this document in Laserfiche it appears to be missing any changes or edits that were made.  Is there anyway to maintain those changes by editing directly from the email or will the documents have to be downloaded, edited, saved to the machine, and then uploaded to Laserfiche in order for the changes to save?
