Import Agent File Size due to File Format

Hello all,

Is there a way to reduce the size of a file imported with Import Agent? With page generation in the Windows Client you can use Snapshot and then change the file format which greatly reduces file size of the entry in Laserfiche. For instance, below are to copies of the same document. One, IA Test, imported with Import Agent and the other with Snapshot using the format TIFF GROUP 4. As you can see the document imported by IA is twice as big. In other instances this can 4-5x as big. This is causing issues for one of our clients, is there a way to check the format used by IA?

Those were the settings I used in Import Agent 10.4.0. I upgraded to IA 11 to see if that made a difference and that removes the monochrome pages option. Same issue though, file is basically the exact same size.

That's interesting. Sounds like the "Black and white" option isn't being applied.
