I have a customer using Forms 10.4.5.331. They have an expense form that users are able to save as draft before the form is ever submitted. They have a case where an employee left but they never submitted their expense form that is saved as a draft. The AD user account has bee removed, so there is no way for anyone to log in as that user to submit the saved draft.
How can we find the unsubmitted draft and reassign it so that they can complete the request and reimburse their former employee?
