We have a third-party app for our Tax department. We’ve created a link to documents in Laserfiche, using Weblink. Some of the documents have pages with images. In the attached example, there are four pages with an image on page three. Page three is not visible in the main image pane even though you can see it in the thumbnail. The page is visible in the desktop client and Web Client. I’m using the latest version of Chrome. What is causing the image to fail to load in Weblink?

There should be details about the error in the event log on the WebLink server machine. Often the information there is enough to resolve the situation (e.g. there's something invalid about the configuration) but if you need assistance you can work with your SP to open a support case.
