It seems there is an issue with our Laserfiche forms that is causing customer’s requests to be held for some time and then all come in at once, see screenshot below of a few that were released to us at once.
The request shows the customer submitted their request back on the 19th, but we did not get them until the 21st. This happened last week as well. Does anyone know where we can adjust this setting. I am not sure why there is a two-day delay.
