Not able to enable SCIM on Self-Hosted

I installed Laserfiche Directory Server 11 (Build 11.0.2309.2278), including the SCIM Service (11.0.2309.526), and I'm not seeing the Enable Laserfiche SCIM Service section in LFDS > Settings > General (https://localhost/LFDS/#!/{servername}/lfds/settings/general). I've tried running the SCIM Configuration Utility using the LFDS site (https://{serverFQDN}/LFDS and https://{alias}/LFDS), but nothing connects. I performed several repair installs of Directory Server and un/reinstall of the SCIM service. What could I be missing?

If I remember correctly, you must purchase the Identity Management Add-on for LFDS to utilize SCIM. You can talk with your Solution Provider to get a quote.

Thank you! That's helpful, since I didn't see any mention of that in any of the docs.
