Our primary license expired incorrectly and I am scrambling to figure out how to get our system back online before our VAR and customers begin work in PST. I found this, which I believe is incorrect in the help documentation. There is no "primary_license" table nor view.
Just posting this here in an effort to keep help files up to date and share a scenario of how they are frustrating when dealing with a crisis.

I am guessing that Laserfiche did a find and replace when they changed the license name from Master to Primary. The table name is master_license.
If you try and manually update the license in LFDS does it give an error message?

We actually had a good tip from our VAR to restart the LFDS and try again. That went though, but we have other issues. Part of our problem is that we were give some temporary full user licenses by LF to handle a flaw with QF. This licenses are what has expired here, but it has taken out all our Forms servers...
