If licenses are being administered from the repository level, yes you can assign licenses using the Laserfiche Web Client Administration page:

So it turns out this system was missing this option and they are using LFDS for licensing users so that might be why it is hidden from view.

Good to know for systems that don't use LFDS at all, you can do this instead of installing the Administration console.

You can do this on systems that use LFDS too. Like Blake said, if you are administering licenses at the repository level, the option will appear. For LFDS setups, you can assign licenses to a specific LF Server in order to reserve them for that server and administer them at the repository level. It's not the preferred setup, but it is available for cases were repository users are needed.

Hi Everyone,

I know this is a year's old post.

I want to know what user account will be used to show this option in Web Client Administration page. Also what is the user account to be used in "sign in management page"?

Thanks
