FYI - Laserfiche 10.3.x hit its end of support December 31, 2022. You might want to look at upgrading if you are not already doing so.

You can achieve this by following:
1. Filter event type "Write Field Value"
2. Select "Field name (request data)" from column picker
3. Filter the field name in column filter

Thanks Jiajun, does your solution also show the Value that added to the drop down list ? I would really like to be able to search for a specific value that was added to the list.
