User(s) Not Found in LDFS - Active in AD

Hello!

We have a few users who are not located in LFDS and their forms are suspending that are assigned to them (since they are not users in Forms because they are not users in LFDS). We sync with AD every morning and newer staff has no issues that I have found. I have verified that the users are in the correct AD groups and they are active in AD. Any suggestions or comments as to why these users aren't showing up in LFDS?

hello! do you have your identity provider set to the AD with a corresponding licensing group in the AD for LFDS to pull from? how do your users get into LFDS?

Check to make sure you have enough available licenses in LFDS and check the sync status to make sure the sync completed.

We do have enough licenses (plenty in fact). How do you check that the sync completed?
