Login on Named Device works for Desktop Client but not Web Client, 9030 error

I have a user that is able to login using the desktop client.  When they try to login using the web client they get an error.

 

The user is not logged in anywhere else.   There are other users who are able to use the web client on this machine.  

Has anyone seen this before?  More importantly...know of a fix?

Named Devices are not really compatible with the web client. For a Named Device connection, the Laserfiche Server checks where the connection is coming from. In the web case, that is the web client machine, which is not where the Named Device is allocated to. This is as opposed to the Windows client case, where the connection comes from the machine the end user is at.
