We have lots of unnecessary variables for a Form's Summary Details page. Our form has been cleaned up and unused variables deleted from the form, but they still exist in this Summary Details section. Is it possible to delete them? The reason I ask is that those summary details variables export with the XML data when saving the form to LF. None of the variables in the picture below exist in the Form or ANY form on the system.

How do you remove Summary Details variables in Forms?

Under Settings, select Variable Management. This will pull up a list of all the variables that have been created. Select the variable(s) you wish to delete by clicking on the check box next to each variable. Click the Trash Can icon to delete the selected variable(s). Image attached for reference.
PS: The Rename icon is to the left of the Delete icon, in case you need to rename any variables.
None of the variables I want to remove appear in Variable Management.
Ken, I would open a support case with Laserfiche.
I couldn't help but notice the variables you wish to delete are within a collection. In that case, make sure you select the collection those variables are attached to, it will display the variables associated with that collection to the right-side of the window. You can then delete the variables. Image attached for reference.
If you have already tried this, I would contact Laserfiche to figure it out.
I'll get a case open and then post the solution once completed.
