Forms - Feature Request - Show assigned Team Name in Action History

The action history pane only shows who the task is assigned to when it is in someone's inbox, not when it is assigned to a team.

So if someone is trying to figure out where it is, they are not able to tell which team's box it is in by using the action pane alone. You must have access to the process developer or monitor page.

It just says "in the process with task" when it is assigned to a team.

Hi Chad,

Is this Laserfiche Cloud or self-hosted? Is current user in the team of assigned task?

 

I can see team name in action history in self-hosted Forms (11 Update 4) when task is assigned to a team. So trying to understand why behavior seems different.

I tried using a team that I am a member of and still it just shows "in the process with" without showing the team name. This is in Cloud.

Unfortunately I could not reproduce the issue in Cloud as well with a default user task. 

 

Is there any non-default setting in your user task or team? Might be a bug under certain circumstances.
