Anyone ever seen this issue where the first time you enter the repository in cloud, all your creation dates and modified dates of files and folders are showing UTC +0 time. Then if you refresh your browser, or visit anywhere else in the system from the main menu and return to the repository they all update to the proper time. IE you can either press F5 or visit your inbox or somewhere else then go back to the repository and all the times show your correct local time.

Clearing all images and cache in Chrome on the workstation relieves the problem for that workstation only indicating the problem is the way the website is handling it's cache.

Have reproduced with multiple accounts and on multiple workstations many times, however it is seems impossible to reproduce with new accounts. Seems to effect a handful of preexisting accounts that were created before the new time zone features were released. (There was a time where time zones were not available to users at all)

I tried many things to cause it to start happening with a new account, like modifying default time zones over the whole system, user time zones etc, but no luck finding what initially causes this to happen.
