sending email from repository

One of my users is unable to email directly from the repostory.  The window pops up to download the document, then goes away immediately and the email client doesn't open a new email.

Settings look the same as other users that can email directly from the repository.

We are self hosted on version 11.

I have a user that just started having this issue too.  Any response??

She is able to send a tif but not a pdf any longer.

Sue, this is likely a different issue. I believe Katy's issue is about not having a mail client properly registered so no emails can be sent. In your case, it sounds like you may have issues exporting the PDF.

Are you using the Windows or web client? Are you seeing any errors? It may be better to troubleshoot this issue with your Solution Provider and Tech Support.

Thanks Miruna!  She is using Windows client.  I did reach out to our vendor and we are going to reinstall and see if that works.  We are thinking the install may have gotten corrupt since it takes a very long time.

Thanks for responding.  I do plan on putting our solution on up once it gets resolved.

This issue never was resolved.  It wasn't an email client issue, but the person that was having the issue no longer works here, so no further investigation has happened.  Only happened to one person.
