I have been going through LF Answers trying to find if there is a solution to creating a new version from an existing entry. Where both files are in the repository and not importing the new version from Windows etc.

This is my concept workflow...

Note - our files have Laserfiche Pages as well as the Electronic Document.

This workflow works with one issue. Because the workflow makes multiple changes to the version controlled document, the version number goes up by 3 each time. 

I hope that there is a better way than what I have created so far :)
