I was trying the above mentioned found at: https://marketplace.laserfiche.com/details/17576/Multi-Step-Quiz-Template

After importing in Cloud, it simply doesn't work.

Can someone please see what is the issue & is it possible to clearly state what changes need to be done once the process is imported or best fix them before publishing?
