Course Description: 

In this course, you will learn about advanced Workflow activities using logic and conditions to improve a city government business process. This course is based on Laserfiche Cloud.

• Evaluate an existing process to make it more flexible and account for exceptions based on document content
• Explain why additional activities are needed to improve the workflow
• Configure advanced activities containing logic and conditional decisions
• Test the workflow to ensure it properly automates the process
