scanners compatible with LF version 11

Are Fujitsu scanners compatible with Laserfiche version 11?  I am asking about the fi-7160 model.

Fujuitsu's are quite compatible with V11, but...

 

They often need to be "found" by the PC you are running them on.  If you can't get it recognized the trick is to run a Pixel Translations app called testappn.exe, located in the \PixTrans folders in the Windows directory.

We use Twain drivers. Does that make a difference in a pc recognizing the scanner?

That should be a lot easier, and should work straight out of the box. TWAIN is more of a generic interface, but the LF Image Processing should address any pieces TWAIN leaves out.
