When using Direct Share the recipients of the files are not able to enter the password to access the files.
It is grayed out as shown.
What version of the web client are you using?
I'm seeing this also. We'll look into it and update when we know more.
We have identified the problem and have a fix. I'm going through the process to release it, which I hope will take less than an hour.
A fix for this has been released. If you refresh the page or click the link again it should work.

Thanks. The problem was a css style not being updated properly, so the gray overlay was on top of the password input instead of between the input and the rest of the page.
So this was strictly an issue with the Direct Share coding/configuration?
The fix mentioned by Brian McKeever resolved the issue.
