Can someone please help with these?
1. When you drag mail from your Outlook to Laserfiche Cloud it presents the option of how you want to treat the attachment in the mail you are moving. whether you want to save the attachment as a separate file or you want it as part of the mail. Whichever option you choose,  it doesnt show the attachment when you open the mail or create a link to the attachment. This happens when you open the mail within Laserfiche.

2. When you copy a document from your desktop, it can't be pasted into a folder in the Laserfiche Cloud.

3. Is it possible to configure LF Cloud to open archived mail with the default Mail Application like outlook instead of it being opened within Laserfiche? If yes how can one do that?

4. Can i save a word document straight to the cloud?

5. Finally are there plugins required to be installed for any of  these requirements?
