We've been using the Fujitsu fi-7160's for over five years now, and have never run into this before.  Has anyone come across this and knows the fix?

See attached, but no matter what we try, the user's setting for paper size, source, and color are always blank.  You can go in through the long way and see them, but I can no figure out why they won't display like they are supposed to.  When something like this has happened in the past, it's normally been switched back to Universal Capture, instead of TWAIN, or the wrong scanner is selected from the dropdown.

I've tried with a different user and the same happens.  I've reinstalled everything related to LF, Twain drivers, etc.  I've reset all LF settings for her and deleted her attributes.  Tried different scanners, different USB cords, and nothing.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
