User is encountering an issue where Forms is referencing resources using http resulting in Website not secure due to the mixed content. Has anyone seen this before and what was the potential resolution? See screenshot below.

We have verified that the SSL cert is valid. Both LFDS and Forms servers utilize the same wildcard certificate. When you initially launch Forms and it goes to the LFDSSTS site, the site shows secured. But once the user is authenticated and redirected to Forms, for a brief second, Forms also shows as secured and then when inbox page loads, it shows as insecure.
