Dear Community,
We use Laserfiche Web Client Version: 11 (11.0.2106.3) and Laserfiche Web Access Extension: 1.4 on Edge Version: Version 116.0.1938.69 (Official build) (64-bit)
Environment: We use Citrix and VDI environment and over 1000 users.
For some reason, the Laserfiche Web Access Extension shows "This extension may have been corrupted" and then it disables the extension for some users. I suppose those users are the one really using it as well.
Is there anything I can check or are we using it incorrectly?
