I appreciate your assistance with the following inquiry:

We have a prospective client who needs to integrate Laserfiche Forms and Repository with Power BI. We have previously performed such integrations for clients with self-hosted systems, reading information directly from the corresponding database. However, with this client, we face a problem: they have cloud licensing.

As it is a cloud system, we do not have access to the databases, and the Cloud API only provides us with the option to import, export, read, or write metadata values, among other things. What we are trying to achieve is to track Forms processes (task start times, assigned tasks, duration, phases, data contents in the forms) but within Power BI.

Do you have any recommendations for this need? Is it possible to read such actions from an external tool? How can we gain access to databases in cloud environments?
