Reports are not Downloading (on any browser)

Hello, Laserfiche answer!

We are having issue with our Laserfiche Forms Reports not downloading.

I’ve attached some screenshots below but what’s happening is that when we click the download button (1st image), the browser just keeps spinning and acts like it’s loading but nothing comes up (2nd image). We restarted the services and everything but this is still an issue. The page just keeps loading.

Has anyone ever experienced something like this?

Hi Wendy!

The report can be really large and slow to download if there are a lot of instances included in that report. Also the performance is highly relay on the forms database server(SSD and HDD might make a huge difference).

Have you tried to wait for that to finish to see if it can eventually download it or any error message are shown?

Hello, Yuxuan,

We have waited and sometimes after 10 mins nothing happens.

But what you said about the Database server rang a bell. I didn't know the reports relied heavily on that and we have been getting some database server issues lately and I think that's the reason.
