Hello, 

We have a customer who has sluggish performance with the cloud solution when routing traffic through their firewall.  When they run it through a segment of the network not monitored by the firewall they have no issues.  They have already put exceptions into the firewall for anything "*.laserfiche.com" They were curious if another set of exceptions would be helpful...such as IP Addresses, location/region exceptions.  I realize this may be specific to their environment and firewall provider but thought I would at least start here on their behalf.
