Is there a way to merge Answer accounts from previous employment so that all of my activity on Answers can be consolidated into my new account?

Will take care of it. Give us a few days. The merge will keep the posts and achievements from the previous account, but you'll log in with the email from your current organization and be associated with the current org. Any posts you made from the current account will be removed.
We can't combine the achievements, but we can transfer them from one account to your current one. Which one of these top 2 ones would you like moved?

I would like the one from Eagle Idaho moved to my new account if possible.
