weblink 11 download selected entries not working.

We just upgraded to Weblink 11. Users searches for Documents and receives the search result list. Now when a user clicks the Top check box and then right click to download entries it does nothing. This only happens when the top checkbox for all is selected. If I uncheck the top box and then select each individual box the process works fine. There also seems to be a limit of 50 documents that can be downloaded.

That was already done. Case# 233485. This was the latest update on that case.

 

There's no ETA yet. The bug is still unresolved and it's unclear when a fix may be available.

It has now been just over a year since this was reported, any news on a hotfix or if it has been fixed a regular release?
