I have a client that when a employee submitted a form the completed task was sent to another user's inbox. The employees started around the same date, but they have nothing in common. Thier names, and managers names are different. Both users have group access as submitter for the form. There is sensitive information being collected via the form so another employee having access to this information is a major issue. The form was not reassigned to the other user and was completed by the manager and another specific user. The form was submitted 6/14 and this was just brought up now 8/28. Client didn't have audit trail monitoring forms. We check the error logs, and they don't go back more than 30 days. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
