Hello,
I have a Cloud customer experiencing a weird issue. They work with a document template that has a multi-value field group on it, and sometimes a duplicate field group ends up on a document that's an exact copy of the group that precedes it. Audit Trail indicates that a user is putting the duplicate in, but I don't think it's something they're intentionally doing - something is causing this duplicate to appear. The same users have been doing the same process for a couple years now, so I don't think they've suddenly started putting duplicate field groups in.
So while I try to troubleshoot that, I'm wondering if there's a way in Cloud Workflow to check this somehow. It will always be the last group in the multi-value field group that might contain a duplicate, and there's one field in the group that I can compare to the others. I basically need to take one specific field from the last multi-value group, compare it to the other groups and if I find a match in another group, I need to remove the last multi-value field group.
Obviously I'd rather figure out why the duplicate is showing up, but it's been impossible for me to replicate and only happens 1% of the time for the users anyway. But this data gets exported to another software, and it needs to be correct, so while I work on why it's happening, I'd like to get a workaround implemented.
