We have a user whose orders are not getting processed since yesterday (attached image).
I checked the Service on the server and it shows that the Applications are in fact running.
Do you know what we might be missing here?

On the Forms server, you might need to restart the Forms Routing Service.

...I must say I'm usually very wary of message boards as the perception for me is that no one will answer in time, but this has become my FAVORITE way to get help so far. You guys are AWESOME!!!! ^_^

This has happened to us enough times without anything being logged in the server's event logs as to what causes the Forms Routing Service to deadlock that I have created a scheduled task that stops/starts the routing service daily in the early morning.
