Hello everyone,
I have a client who has been able to create new Custom Reports in cloud in the past, but now cannot see the New button to create a new report. She is able to access previously created reports and the supportuser account still has the ability to create new reports.
Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed that gives permissions to create new custom reports and will show this button again? Or is this possibly a bug?
This user has full rights and privileges and full access rights to the repository. We have tried on Chrome v 116.0.5845.97 and Edge including using incognito mode to check for a bad browser cache. Nothing has worked.
