Does Laserfiche 11 support Oracle 19 ODAC?

We installed Oracle 19 on a new server along with Laserfiche 11.0 and found that both workflow and forms could not see it, we get this error from Forms

Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess, Version=4.112.3.0

IT believes that the Oracle 19 client does not include data access components of version 4.1 and instead includes a newer version.

They uninstalled the 19 client and installed the 12 client and workflow and forms instantly worked again.

So it seems this might be the case, Oracle 19 no longer includes Oracle.DataAccess Version 4.1 and LF products require that version?

Forms and Workflow don't install ODAC, but they do use it under the hood if you have data sources defined. And the driver might pin that specific version.

So check any Oracle data sources defined in Forms and update their definitions to use the newer driver.

I don't believe there is an option to choose a driver anywhere in the database config.

Have you considered to config the driver of ODBC data source in Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator?
