Import Agent 10.4 Bug Found - Destination Path Changed Unexpectedly

We found that if you change the username configured in Import Agent, the path is changed to \ from whatever was previously configured.

The workaround was to change the username in the XML files found at C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\ImportAgent\Profiles with the service offline, leave the password alone here because it is expecting it to be encrypted.

Then start the service and open each profile where it will prompt you for the new user's password.

Thanks for reporting the issue. The issue in Import Agent can be reproduced. The bug 479397 has been filed.

We recently had the same issue occur in Email Archive version 10.4.0.135

Per Email Archive, the issue could not be reproduced. Could you please describe the reproduced steps?

Hi @████████,

I apologize for the mix-up, we made multiple changes recently and I thought we had the issue with Email Archive but one of the changes was actually in Import Agent and it looks like that was the only affected profile.
