High memory usage for Laserfiche web applications running on IIS can have multiple different causes. For issues like this, it's best if you work with your Solution Provider who can open a support case with us if needed. They can help determine if the high memory usage is normal or not, and if not, work with you on a solution.

Please review the General Technical Support Checklist for Laserfiche 10 and Higher and gather all the information requested there so your Solution Provider/Laserfiche Support can better assist you. A few specific things:

1. The exact version/built number of Forms 11 is important as it allows us to check if there are fixes available for your version.
2. The resource specifications (CPU, RAM) for the web server and database server
3. Metrics for memory consumption over time. Make sure to include before and after a Forms application pool recycle.
