AuthorizeNet DLL missing

We upgraded LF Forms in our DEV environment and now our forms that use the AuthorizeNet gateway don't work anymore. The log on the server says Could not load file or assembly 'AuthorizeNet'.

I compared PROD to DEV and I see the missing AuthorizeNet.DLL in PROD and not in DEV in the Forms Website folder. This is where the file resides in PROD.

C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin

Is there another installation step that I need to run? Or do I just copy that missing DLL into the Forms folder.

Hi Scott,

I recreated the issue by upgrading to Forms 11 Update 4(11.0.2307.40547). Is it same version that you encountered error with?

The issue has been filed as bug (478928) for further investigation and fix. Meanwhile, copying the missing DLL over or repairing Forms should help. Sorry for the trouble caused.

Hello. I copied the AuthorizeNet.DLL over but now I get this error.

Could not load file or assembly 'AuthorizeNet, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

You may copy the AuthorizeNet.DLL from previous version? I got the same error when using the dll from previous version.

repair Forms will bring back the file; or you can fresh install 11U4 on a clean machine and copy the AuthorizeNet.DLL to 'C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin'.

Hello. When you say repair Forms? Are you saying go thru the 11U4 install again on same machine and it will ask me if we want to Repair Forms?

Laserfiche has released the update Forms 11 Update 4 hotfix with this bug fixed.
