If I Reset the Forms Admin Password Will All Forms Accessing Repository Have to Be Updated?

I need to change the Laserfiche Forms Admin Password.  We have Laserfiche 10.4.

If I change the password for the "Forms" user in the Admin Console, does that mean that I will have to go into each form using the Forms Admin account to access the repository, and manually update with the new password?

If you change the password for the account used to authenticate into the repository for Save to Repository service tasks, you'll need to update that in each form's Process Diagram. If you have multiple Save to Repository service tasks using the same profile within a business process, you only need to update it once - it'll update in the others if they're using the same profile.

That's what I did the last time I did something like this, anyway. I wouldn't say no to some sort of utility that can do this for us!

Currently, you have to do it per process.

We are working on global repository profile feature for Forms next release. It will allow admin to manage system level repository profiles in centralized place, so that you only need to update the profile user/password once then.
