Issue with Adobe Sign Integration - HTTP Request Workflow

Hello, I am trying to get the Adobe Sign Integration setup, but I am having an issue with the HTTP Request workflow. The message I am getting when I run the workflow is "Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed." 

Anyone running into the same issue?

What is the value of the URI token you're passing in?

I am passing on the %URL token. api.na3.adobesign.com/api/rest/v6/agreements/CBJCHBCAABAAtwufJ2nAuI5DBA6J6wgSvZRsLidlJ-DF/state
