I have a client who inadvertently added records management properties to some files (retention schedules and cutoff instructions). After removing the retention schedule and cutoff instructions, the filing date is still set and it causes the files when viewed in the web client to appear as if they are still records. See attached screenshots.
I know that this is just a visual bug and that these are no longer considered records after they have had the retention schedule and cutoff instructions removed, but the end users are getting confused by the different visuals.
Could we either get a workflow activity to remove filing dates, the ability to write our own script to remove filing dates with the SDK, or have the filing date removed automatically when removing all other records management properties?
