The way QF and the Win client connect to Cloud accounts is a real plus, especially for Real Time Lookup.
Kudos to the design team - but, there is an issue. We log into the cloud, and work actively. then quite often, we get this error:
We also get into the situation where we switch sessions, without having to log in. Even there we can sometimes work away, and sometimes we get the same SAML message. You can fix this via "Migrate Document Class", which logs you in again, but this is a big lift for the typical end user, and only available via Administrative mode.
Is there a setting we can change to increase the timeout or expiration of the SAML Token?
