Lots of SAML Token Errors when using Quick Fields with the Cloud

The way QF and the Win client connect to Cloud accounts is a real plus, especially for Real Time Lookup.

Kudos to the design team -  but, there is an issue. We log into the cloud, and work actively. then quite often, we get this error:

 

 

We also get into the situation where we switch sessions, without having to log in. Even there we can sometimes work away, and sometimes we get the same SAML message.  You can fix this via "Migrate Document Class", which logs you in again, but this is a big lift for the typical end user, and only available via Administrative mode. 

 

Is there a setting we can change to increase the timeout or expiration of the SAML Token?

Hi Bill,
Currently there is no way to increase the SAML token time out. But if you just don't want to be logged out of cloud, you can choose to login into cloud by using Network repository instead of Laserfiche Cloud.



Because Network repository use a different way to connect to cloud. It will not have the timeout issue.
