Question

Question

display radio button value in a single field

asked on August 4, 2023

I have a form which has 5 columns where each column have a single radio button.
I have already been able to make the selection of only one radio button per row even if it is 5 different radio button.
I am unable to display the value of the radio button selected from a row to a single field. I have even used the calculation box in the single field. Is there a calculation method for this issue?

The form is as follows:

Hi, not sure if this helps but I set my radio button values to a number and then able to add them into a single field.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but I hope it helps! It should work if you're using the new Design form, please see the images for reference.

I named the radio button variable as userChoice#, each button has been given a value (RadioSettings.JPG). In the Advanced tab for the single field input the equal sign (=) followed by your radio button variable name in the Calculation box (SelectionSettings.JPG).

This will display the value of the radio button selected in the single field (Preview.JPG).
