My Admin Console is missing! How do I get it back?

Hello, Everyone,

My Laserfiche 9 client (Yes, I know it's old lol) has disappeared after I installed the new version 11 client. But we NEED that older Laserfiche Version 9 admin console back asap!

Does anyone have the link to the installation file for the Laserfiche version 9 Admin Console?

The admin console is still available, it has just moved. Instead of being a component in the Windows Client installer, it's now a component of the Laserfiche Server installer.

nice thank you but, Where can I find a link to the Laserfiche Server installer? I do not see this option/application installed on my computer.

Whoever upgraded your Laserfiche server used the installation package to do that, so they would be the one to ask.

Out of curiosity, why do you still need the Laserfiche version 9 Admin Console?

Because we recently migrated to the cloud and before we decommission the current on prem server, we need to fix some licensing issues

You would need to find the installation files for version 9 on your servers or you could probably open a support case through your Solution Provider to get them from Laserfiche.

We do not recommend using LF Admin v9 with a version 11 server.

As for where you find the installer, it wouldn't be installed on your computer, you would want to contact your IT.
