Synchronization Emails in LF Forms

Hello.

We're having some email synchronization issues with one of our customers.

Our customer uses Windows accounts to connect to the Laserfiche repository.

The email addresses are entered in the properties, but they are not synchronized in the form, and I don't know why.

 

 

 

When we enter the email address manually in LF Forms, some time later, the value becomes empty again and we encounter email notification errors in our processes.

It looks like you added the domain, but not the domain controller:

[FORMS]email doesn't work on windows account (It works for repository user). To get windows account information, you need to add your domain to Active Directory domain controller in forms configuration site, user authentication tab.

Thanks for your help.

 

After filling in the windows domain (see below), we still encounter the same problem.

 

 

For further information, I can't change the fields in the user account.

Sorry, I thought you had to fill in one or the other and not both. I'll ask my client to do it and get back to you as soon as possible.

@Miruna. You right. It seems to be working properly now. We're going to run a few more tests, but it looks like emails are now synchronized.

Do you have the users syncing to Forms from the repository, or from Active Directory, or from Directory Server, etc.?

Users are synchronized from laserfiche forms.
